When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, business, email address, website, budget range and project details.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We don't sell your data or add you to mailing lists.
How long
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months unless we start working together, then in line with our contract and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Email us to exercise any right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
